This site is run by Mavari Aviation LLC ("we"), 15560 N Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd, Suite B4-7069, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, USA. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Newsletter: your email address, the services and regions you choose, the date and page you subscribed from, and a one-way hash of your IP address (used only to stop abuse).
- Crew profiles: the details you submit (name, contact details, licences, ratings, hours, experience, availability, regions, summary) and your CV if you upload one.
- Job posts and enquiries: company and contact details and the content you send.
- Technical data: our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser) to deliver and protect the site. We don't use advertising cookies or trackers.
- Translation: pages are in English. If you pick another language with the flag buttons, the page text is sent to Google Translate to translate it in your browser, and a
googtranscookie remembers your choice. Nothing is sent to Google while you read in English.
How we use it
- To send the weekly brief and service emails you asked for, including the confirmation email (double opt-in).
- To match crew with operators. Only an anonymised summary of a crew profile (role, hours band, licences, aircraft types, regions, experience categories, availability) is shown publicly, and only after review and if you didn't opt out. Your name, contact details and CV are shared with an employer only with your agreement.
- To review and publish job posts, and to handle payments. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive your name, email, billing country and what you bought, never your full card number.
- To answer messages.
Who processes it
Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments) and, once it's switched on, an email delivery provider (Resend). We don't sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Crew profiles and CVs until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after your last update. Job posts and enquiries for up to 24 months.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe through the link in any email, and you can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time through our contact form. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
